Our Approach
At Rory + Bear, we are passionate about early childhood education. Our approach is to create educational preschool kits that are designed to make learning fun and engaging for young children. We understand the importance of providing parents and daycare providers with all the necessary materials, eliminating the need for preparation, so they can focus on spending quality time with the children. Our team is dedicated to curating activities that promote cognitive, physical, and social development in a way that is enjoyable for both kids and adults. We believe in the power of play to facilitate learning and growth, and our mission is to make this experience accessible to everyone.

Co-Founder
Rachel Peloquin
Rachel is a licensed preschool owner with a Master's Degree in curriculum and instruction; and a PhD in patience. During the day, Rachel is the leader and cheif-magic-maker to 10 tiny humans. Her favorite type of magic? Turning caffeine into engaging education. Beyond the classroom, Rachel can be found multitasking chores and an audiobook, immersing her littles in her local community, and creating preschool curriculum. We told you this was our passion!

Morgan DeMarais
Morgan is your type-A, corporate-America mom, who makes a spreadsheet for everything. Since having children, Morgan has been an obsessive researcher about her children's development and milestones. She is passionate about giving her children a magical childhood. In her spare time you will find Morgan reading a book, at a thrift store, or convincing her husband to start another house project.
